To provide, under the direction of a Community Manager, for the physical cleanliness and maintenance of your building or portion of the building. In so doing, you are responsible for maintaining high standards of quality that MGM Property Management, LLC. has set forth for you.

All caretakers may be required to work between the 28th and 3rd day of each and every month as dictated by the turnover needs. The Community Manager will set the schedule monthly.
Ensuring timely and organized apartment turnovers is of the highest priority.
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Your number one goal is to create an environment with the residents that promotes “resident retention.”
This includes daily cleaning tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, moping, window washing, trash pick up, etc.
Snow shoveling sidewalks and steps.
