APPLICATION PROCESS INFORMATION
Instructions:
STEP 1 (Pay Application Fee & Performance Deposit)
Create an account online to pay your application fee and performance deposit.
*Please note that applications are NOT processed until the application fee/s are paid and the performance deposit must be paid in order to hold the apartment.
The non-refundable application fee for each adult (18 years of age and older) is $45 per applicant.
STEP 2 (Complete the Online Application)
Once your account is created and you have paid your application fee and performance deposit, follow the link to “Proceed to Application” to submit your application to MGM. You will need to:
- Confirm unit availability with your community.
- Attach your photo ID.
- Attach your income documents.
